1Who we are
AD5 Practice (www.ad5practice.com, the "Service") is operated by Coach Tech Ventures, trading as AD5 Practice ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2What the Service is
An independent practice site with timed verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning tests for candidates preparing for EPSO competitions, in particular EPSO/AD/427/26. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to EPSO, the European institutions or the makers of any testing platform. The questions and explanations are our own practice material and are not the real tests.
3Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure: you are responsible for activity under your account.
4Payment
Paid access is sold through Paddle or DodoPayments, which acts as merchant of record. When you pay, your payment contract is with Paddle or DodoPayments: their name appears on your invoice, and they handle payment processing and tax. Their buyer terms are shown at checkout.
Two plans are available, for 30 days and for 90 days. The price and the period are shown before you pay. Access starts on your account straight after a successful payment, ends when the period runs out, and is never renewed or charged again unless you choose to buy again.
5No refunds
This is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts. With that consent, the purchase is final and is not refunded on a change of mind. A free test is available without payment details so that you can see what you are buying first.
We will put things right if you were charged twice or for the wrong plan, or if paid access was not granted after a successful payment and we cannot restore it. Write to support@ad5practice.com from the address on your account. Nothing in these Terms limits a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6Content
All questions, explanations, text and design on the Service belong to us or our licensors. Your access is personal and for your own preparation only: do not copy, share or resell it.
7No guarantee of results
The Service helps you practise. We do not guarantee any score or outcome in a real competition, a place on a reserve list or recruitment. The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
8Ending use
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken.
9Changes and contact
