1Who is responsible

Coach Tech Ventures, trading as AD5 Practice, decides how your data is used. Contact: support@ad5practice.com.

2What we keep

Your email address, so that you can sign in. Your tests: the answers you give, when you sat them and your marks. Whether you have paid access and until when. We do not see or keep your card details: Paddle or DodoPayments handles payment as merchant of record.

3Emails we send

Sign-in codes when you ask for one. Once, when you finish the free test, an email with your marks and a link to the worked answers.

Once you have an account: reminders of EPSO’s dates for Part 1, study tips based on your free test, news of our full access, and a reminder if you leave the payment page without finishing. At most seven of these, no more than one a day and three in a week, none after Part 1 ends on 13 November 2026, and none of the selling ones once you have bought access.

Until Part 1 ends on 13 November 2026: a daily test each day, five questions (in the morning unless you choose another time in your account), and once enough candidates have taken a day’s test, one email saying you can see where you stand. These stop after the test day you give us, and one click in any of them stops them alone. On any day we send you at most two emails of ours in all, sign-in codes and replies apart.

Every email of ours apart from sign-in codes has an unsubscribe link; once you use it, we send you no more of them. Replies to our emails reach support@ad5practice.com.

4Why

To run your account and your tests, to mark them and show you where you stand, to grant the access you bought, and to answer you when you write to us. The legal basis is the contract with you; for the comparison with other candidates, our legitimate interest, using only first sittings and no names.

5Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in Ireland), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (sending sign-in codes and our own emails), Paddle (payment), DodoPayments (payment) and PostHog (analytics and recordings of visits, servers in the EU). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

6How long

While your account exists. Payment records are kept as the law on accounting requires. Ask us to delete your account at any time.

7Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you may object to its use or complain to your data protection authority. Write to us first and we will answer within a month.

8Cookies

We use the cookies needed for sign-in and to remember your language. We also use PostHog’s analytics cookies (see Analytics below). No advertising cookies.

9Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site is used and to find and fix problems. It collects the pages you visit, what you click and recordings of your visits, the test screen included, with every value you type masked. If you are signed in, these records are linked to your account and its email address.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and improving it.

AD5 Practice is independent. It is not affiliated with EPSO, the EU institutions or the makers of the testing platform. The questions are our own.
